The Center of Media and Communication is established with the aim to advise and assist the Rector in managing and administrating the university portal and performing as the spokesperson and propaganda representative to promote the image of the VNU UEB.

- Composing administration documents relating to the organization and operation of information portal.

- Advising the Rector on monitoring and managing the UEB’s information portal.

- Composing, compiling, editing, gathering information and updating, publishing on the website of the UEB - VNU.

- Supplying information and services on the Internet according to regulations and the law of the Government, under the direction of the Internet/Intranet management board of VNU.

- Performing as an agency for publishing propaganda publication of the UEB - VNU.

- Implementing supporting services to meet the requirements and missions of the UEB in development processes.

2.2. Media and Communication:

- Cooperating with partners to propagate and publicize activities of the UEB - VNU via the mass media.

- Performing as the media organ and publicizing the UEB image in order to develop cooperation and attract external resources for the development of UEB and its units.

- Printing, publishing the propaganda publications of the UEB - VNU.

- Organizing the activities of introducing and advertising the image of the UEB.

- Organizing training courses on communication skills for UEB staff and students.

- Implementing other missions and reporting as assigned by UEB Rector.
