Research purposes:

- To systemize and clarify theory base of training sales staff in trading complex.

- To analyze the situation, report the survey, generally assess the sales staff training associated with trading civilization in Me Linh Distribution JSC.

- To clarify the base and content of solutions to emprove the sales staff training associated with trading civilization in Me Linh Distribution JSC. (to propose and forecast the prospects and problem solving).

Contributions:

- Contributing to the improvement of sales staffs’ qualification, creating conditions for businesses who has stalls in supermarkets and shopping centers to increase competitiveness and to stabilize the structure of the human force and sales force, fulfill the overall long term business strategy.

- Proposing some suggestions to improve the quality of human resources in the country, reducing disparities gap in the level, reducing the tendency of job jump and stabilizing the human force in the supermarket. Facilitating to improve the value of human resources of the countries in the region, creating a staff at senior and secondary level to meet the requirements of society.
