On 16th March 2021, the Faculty of International Business and Economics (FIBE) held the meeting to discuss the Key strategies and plan for 2021, vision to 2025. The meeting focused on improving research capacity, promoting international publishing as well as organizing short courses and attracting funding.

Many athletes struggled when they have to transition from sports to life. This is the reason why VNU University of Economics and Business opened the training program in Business Administration for sport athletes, which equips them with knowledge in business, corporate management and prepare them for their future position.

On 2nd March 2021, the Vietnam-UK Friendship Sub-Association at the UEB held the meeting to employ the activities of the sub-association in 2021 aiming at connecting the Association with UEB’s activities.

On 4th March 2021, VNU University of Economics and Business held a meeting with more than 30 young lecturers of the University.

The second semester of 2020-2021 was so special, not only because of the impacts of covid-19 pandemic but also for another reason: This is the first semester UEB’s students took part in domestic exchange with University of Economics, Da Nang University.

On January 28th, 2021, VNU University of Economics and Business held the seminar "Entrepreneurial Government: The role and action of the government in the course of national innovation".

On January 21st, 2021, the School of Business Administration, VNU University of Economics and Business held the Conference on “Smart Management in a complex global environment: Theory and Practice" aiming at clarifying the theoretical and practical basis of smart governance to help businesses and organizations master the complexity by converting the traditional to a modern and tool-based management model.

Participating in the contest "Innovation in teaching and learning” organized by the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, lecturers of University of Economics and Business (UEB) were honored to receive the awards for the "Excellent Practice" and "VNU’s Innovative Educator 2020".

The orientation toward internationalization of higher education is embedded into many activities at VNU University of Economics and Business, such as student exchange, multi-cultural learning environment.

In the morning of January 17, 2021, VNU University of Economics and Business solemnly held the commencement ceremony for more than 450 new bachelors, masters, and PhDs at Nguyen Van Dao Hall.

On January 16th, 2021, at the University of Economics and Business, the Opening Ceremony of the Reception Club took place in an excitement atmosphere.

On January 17th, 2021, the Vietnam Musician Association honored 78 excellent works at the Music Music Award in 2020. Mr. Le Tu Minh - Former student of intake 23 of the VNU University of Economics and Business was awarded the B Prize with the song “Cung buoc toi vinh quang.”
